so pilot's player is an embarrassing bitch with issues over the ic/ooc divide and garrus's player is dumb as a box of rocks. two players /= the whole game freaking out.

reading the thread itself it seems like the whmod is mixing ic and ooc too.

pilot's mun complained that their character was being made to feel stupid. pilot gets defensive in that thread trying to explain why it wouldn't work. parrots complaints from his own plurk. pilot has the biggest ic/ooc blur.

except whmod is an anonmod. we don't know anything about them so we can't measure how much the line might be blurred. to me their half of the thread reads like a tired mod giving someone shit for legitimate concerns

but i do agree that pilot was also experiencing ic and ooc blur in that thread as well

i can't blame them for being tired. this issue was addressed icly by gliese and oocly by a mod and then they still went to an npc to make it a problem again. three times answering a problem is exhausting. their might be some blur there on the mod's part but i'd be tired of hearing about garrus' dextro problems after the third time in a single event.

characters have no idea how long they'll be there. if they're packing for a day trip, sure, 30 minutes is enough time, but what if they're there for a month? good luck grabbing enough food for that long in 30 minutes along with other basic needs espec if they're not all in the same place.
