What if the game decided on a move, then waited a few months for the community to import/LJ paid accounts to run out? That also gives people time to decide if they want to stay with the game or not. This is, of course, assuming the poll votes to move as well.

I don't think voting now is a hasty decision. This is the second time the game has held a vote. LJ has stated they are not going to rollback release 88 and that they're going through with their site overhaul. LJ also has terrible customer service. Even if the S2 style mimicking the old comment pages works, they're going to keep changing the site along with their plans, and issues are just going to keep coming up. The only real reason to stay on LJ at this point is because we're already there and moving is hard.
