rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. Tsukishima and Hinata from Haikyuu!! I could theoretically play either of them, but I think I'd be better at Tsukki.

i have a shitton of word choice/usage pet peeves (and yeah i know my grammar in this comment is really bad, but i'm rarely buttmad over grammar errors.)

you used to do something, not use to. there are exceptions to this, but i get annoyed.
something "discreet" is subtle. "discrete" means separate (the t separates the Es).
it's not "a do" or "a due", it's ado

i.e. is for exact clarification ("that is"), e.g. provides an example
affect is a verb. effect is a NOUN, unless you're using it as in "to effect a change" (to implement a change)
difference between the prefixes dis- and un-
misheard common sayings
it's not "should of", it's "should have"
"could care less." if you COULDN'T care less, that means that you really don't care.

oh, i thought of another one. you can be sorry for someone's loss (if someone has died) and you can be sorry for their lot (in life) but not their (parking) lots.

"sorry for your lots" may be in reference to an internet meme though

tired of people just talking about rp instead of actually doing any. plurk enables this since they get the thrill of people being excited over their plans and fallout without putting forth any of the work. decided tonight to no longer use plurk to talk about future plans myself so hope it helps.
