i'm tried of sexswaps because there is are plenty of canon female characters people could pick from that have similar genres and personalities but people instead want to play tony stark with boobs. fuck that.

the only exception i think is if the canon has an official sexswapped counterpart in the canon and they have a visible personality someone could play from. it would be on a case-by-case basis if they fit, but official alternates only should be the rule.

I do remember that the last game that attempted the F/F thing was Veloxia, which crashed and burned fairly badly. It also allowed genderswap AU also, and that did the game no favors. So if i ever do get this going I'd consider just straight up disallowing genderswap AUs.

Official canon stuff, like the female heroine from Persona 3 Portable, would be fine provided there is enough canon sources to throw together an application.

What? QoH did allow Rule 63s and lasted for years. It was shitty moderation that killed Veloxia, not genderswaps. It's fine if you don't want them, but don't pretend they're inherently ~bad for the game~.
