rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. (Anonymous) 2014-10-24 04:56 am (UTC)(link)i didn't like the books at all, but enjoyed the movies quite a bit. i feel they cleaned up the universe, and being divorced from katniss's POV makes it easier for all the other characters to be characters in their own right, rather than what katniss projects on them.
as an adaptation the movies give us a different take on the characters, one that i personally feel is a bit more interesting to play with, and i enjoy seeing movie versions for what they bring to the table
