Rundown:
rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.
Rules:
Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

Re: girls only game... round 3
(Anonymous) 2014-08-31 06:31 pm (UTC)(link)what I think would work: a concrete, overarching plot. an interesting setting. something for characters to do. i don't know much about Veloxia but QoH was mostly SoL, which is fine, but there are already two mostly SoL games right now: Holly Heights and Forest Covered. f/f games are a niche concept like an anon said, so you're already going to have a slightly smaller pool of characters and players right away. having a strong setting and plot will pull more players/interest.
app standards and quality control. I don't know much about Veloxia, but the lack of app standards turned me off of it too. there's also something to be said about aesthetics: more players will be attracted to a game that looks "together." you don't have to be fancy but there are a lot of free and pretty coding formats all over dreamwidth.
