5. SAMPLES: This, aside from personality, is the section that we grade the hardest – and often is where we encounter the most problems.

look, i can read too. the biggest revisions don't ask for sample revisions. if their samples stand up well the character will play well. if the voice is good but a few things are missing in the interpretation, is it worth a rejection?

one of the apps on that page is a good example of this, but there's two others that aren't imo, so we're just going to have to agree to disagree.

but for the applicants now and in the future, i hope you are right and that this is all it is.
