what does it mean when an "app received" gets crossed out? is that a rejection or what?

yes, it's a rejection. it'll say approved by it if it's approved.

a lot of those players seemed pretty good from the test drive. i'm a little surprised at some of the rejections.

there's also the fact that the free for all just started, so all the reserves that aren't pending or accepted have been considered void. the only one i'd seen before the free for all that had been outright rejected was arwen's. all the rest just ran out on their reserves.

yeah like the other anon said, strikeouts could also mean the reserve expired. i reserved and i didn't app, so my character's name is crossed out.

If it has (Received) and also has a strike out, then the app was received and rejected. If it has just a strike out, it's because the reserve expired and no app was received.
