Rundown:
rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.
Rules:
Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

(Anonymous) 2014-05-12 03:00 pm (UTC)(link)Maybe you think this is just getting hypersensitive over semantics, but words matter, especially when you’re communicating to people about what you want and need in relationships. When I say I want a passionate friendship or romantic friendship with someone, I want it to be very clear that I’m asking for a relationship involving high-emotional involvement, high levels of commitment, high levels of physical intimacy, a reciprocity of feeling and behavior that’s nonnegotiable, and a mutual valuing of the relationship that makes it one of the most important–if not the most important–relationship in both people’s lives.
Maybe someone wanting a queerplatonic relationship means the same thing, but there are a lot of people wanting a QP relationship that mean something completely different. And for those of us who want an RF or a PF, it’s important there’s clarity about what we’re looking for, so that we can–you know–actually get what we want.

So either a dedicated troll or someone earnestly trying to educate about some creepy creepy AVEN bs.
