rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

the main american comics. i hate the whole zillikn of universes thing. ('Main' referring to dc/marvel cape stuff. i do read othed contained things)

Fire Emblem games other than Awakening, I think Awakening's improvements made it too difficult to go back to the older games plus I like Casual Mode sorry.

Kingdom Hearts, I don't own all the systems for the games or a PS3 to play the Remix version.

but no srsly while i like that formations meant something in awakening as far as who you stuck next to who for the dual support system, i... also don't like that formations meant nothing because actually it doesn't matter who you stick next to who, everyone gets the same bonuses and since everyone can support infinitely and all get the bonuses there really isn't much point in thinking about where to stick people for maximum effectiveness other than "ok archers over there better not send the falcoknights." lots of things like this which I'm not too sure of in the end.

awakening did make quality of life improvements but some of them eeeeeh

...i also preferred the animations of gba era. :'( petty but they had more oomph and idk, were more personalized to class. i miss paladins hopping back and prepping a long distance charge ok don't hurt me.

it has all the stuff i like (sad japanese teenagers who die and have fucked up powers) but i can't get invested at all. probably to do with me being part of the vocaloid fandom and being sick of everyone creaming themselves over the songs which are pretty mediocre at best.

One Piece, it's so long.

Attack on Titan, I've tried reading the manga and I can't really tell people apart well enough to keep track of who the fuck they all are (also the art is ugly as sin, sry2say)

what about watching the AoT anime?

in one piece defense its a fun thing to rid in bits and pieces.

Attack on Titan. It sounds really interesting and it looks pretty well animated because of the 3DMG clips I've seen, but...the central hubs of the fandom seem absolutely bugnuts from what I've seen and I've already stopped interacting with the Dangan Ronpa fandom, I don't need to be dragged into one that's just as bad.

i admit i legitimately don't get people who refuse to try things because of the fandom. one of my canons has a bugfuck fandom and i just don't interact with it at all. i look at the fanart, read the fanfic, and discuss it with people who i know are sane. hell, you don't even have to engage with a fandom at all to enjoy something.

DMC series... They're too hard for me. I've tried multiple times and can't get past the first bosses. :(
