rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

i got like 10 comments into a thread with a castmate before realizing i'd forgotten a piece of canon that would completely change the way my character would interact with them.

we fixed it up fine but i was so embarrassed at the time. :(

I never had the castmate (very obscure canon), but I totally forgot a piece of future canon that proved my character hated this other one, and even wrote her as having had an unrequited crush on him. PAINFUL, even if only I knew.

I got my dates screwed up in a canon set in the future

while playing a character who would know this shit inside-out

i was mortified

seeing that so many other anons have felt my pain makes me feel like less of a loser...
