Clementine + Ellie and Elizabeth + Ellie CR/friendship is a thing, yes! And Joel and Booker met, if briefly. (He needs to meet Tess, still.) I don't know about the other folks but I'd be up for all of this CR happening and then some.

do rpers today really hate reading so much? yeah there's a lot of info but at least it's relatively clear and easy to understand. au games need a lot more worldbuilding than most jamjars, and that means more text.

happy new years, anons! some advice needed, if you can spare it: i accepted an invitation to psl with someone i hadn't threaded with previously, because we both play from a very obscure canon and we had some really cool scenario ideas and seemed to get each other in terms of our rp interests really well oocly. unfortunately, they turned out to be flagrantly ooc, to the point where playing with their character is a struggle.

what do you think would be more polite: quietly dropping the psl, or informing them of my issue? they've been really nice, so i don't want to be unkind to them. usually i'd offer a little crit, but since pretty much everything is wrong, i'm not sure how that'd go over.

I like the idea, I just have a petty hate boner for fissionmailed's tag system and the rules about joining being more complex than >join with character journal >play

you could quietly just stop playing with them, or if you want to actually crit them on their playing and help them get better, explain that you're having a problem playing off of them because to you, their character doesn't sound quite right. then maybe ask them where they're playing the character from and go into a little more depth on their motivations. if they're completely off the scale, i really wouldn't bother because people who do that tend to not actually want to play a canon version of their character, but if they genuinely seem like they want help with their portrayal, give it to them.

just do it nicely. nothing kills an rp drive more quickly than being told flat out you suck.

It's still a new canon so I'm holding out with the hope that once the season comes back and finishes itself out we might see some more! But judging from the lack of other ahs characters from previous seasons, it's a slim chance.

At least we found each other. I'll joyfully take 2/3rds of the party over nothing! This is my Kyle journal, that was my Zoe journal, and very likely at some point I'll end up with a Madison or Fiona journal, I just haven't figured out names for the killer queens yet.
