happy new years, anons! some advice needed, if you can spare it: i accepted an invitation to psl with someone i hadn't threaded with previously, because we both play from a very obscure canon and we had some really cool scenario ideas and seemed to get each other in terms of our rp interests really well oocly. unfortunately, they turned out to be flagrantly ooc, to the point where playing with their character is a struggle.

what do you think would be more polite: quietly dropping the psl, or informing them of my issue? they've been really nice, so i don't want to be unkind to them. usually i'd offer a little crit, but since pretty much everything is wrong, i'm not sure how that'd go over.
