Sorry anon I doubt you're going to get an actual name to this one. Best suggestion is to find someone you're interested in tagging and then look up their tag on the comms to judge their tagging speed/style.

Also, don't just judge based on the past two months, the holidays screw up life for a lot of people--I know I was doing really well but my tagging time has dropped since November started, however I am still working on them and plan on finishing all of my threads.
