Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

If you can hand them your check personally, I would ask if you could get a receipt with your payment and go with that. This is what I've done ever since mine started fucking up with water bill payments (which are turned in the same time as rent, so I don't even know why this is an issue). It won't save you a call, but it's great to have on hand.

The only other thing I can think of is to find out if anyone is above the people you're dealing with (the head office of the branch that's got your place, and so on) and give them a call. To make your complaint as clear and to-the-point as possible, make a list of dates and offenses beforehand.

Yeah, mine has us turn in payments for water, trash, and sewer bills at the same time as rent as well.

Funny thing, I got a hold of the office this morning, and they said I had a $10 credit on my account and it baffled them as to how I got a late notice with that. Their manager wasn't in today, so I'll have to try on Monday to speak with someone above the regular office people.
