Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

cosplay-- a friend invited me to a con when i was in high school, i wanted to whip up a costume for it, and since then i've never looked back. i've improved a lot over the years in terms of sewing and craft, and have gotten to the point where i'm able to make some pretty complicated projects. pretty good for being entirely self taught!

reading-- i've been reading as a hobby since elementary school, i was always that kid who had five books in my bag and another twenty checked out from three different libraries. racked up a lot of fines over the years...ahaha...

writing-- i got into writing because i read so much and just eventually wanted to create my own stories. i kind of want to break into the industry (i have a lot of friends who are published and/or in the process) but i'm not trying nearly hard enough to actually get in

cooking/baking-- started in college cause i was too cheap to ever eat out. cooking is my relaxation hobby, and i cook when i want to feel productive while not actually doing productive things

videogames-- my dad bought me a ps2 when i was in sixth grade and hoo boy i bet he regrets it now because i love videogames a whole bunch now and spend a lot of $$$/time on them.

lolita-- a fashion-forward friend is really into the fashion and i eventually acquired a love of it too, through osmosis

watching crime shows -- TOO MUCH CSI IN HIGH SCHOOL

....and i actually have a couple more but this is already too many, and i don't have nearly enough time to dedicate to all of them. :C
