rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

i have zero game tags in my inbox and no posts have gone up that any of my characters would tag into. i want to start tagging out more instead of expecting people to tag me, but it's hard when there's nothing that i don't feel like i'd have to force my characters to give a crap about.

also butthurt that everyone's slowed down so much lately that even trying to get things going for game plans is like pulling teeth. either that or i just suck so much that they just don't want to play with me and can't be bothered to say that.

if that's the case, i wish they'd say it so i would stop bugging them.

tl;dr - annoying rp anxiety

I have game tags, but otherwise, this sounds like me.

I think the game might be a bad fit.

if so, that's all my games and i really don't want to have to drop them since none of the others really interest me and i don't have a huge list of characters to cherry pick from to play.

but i think if it doesn't pick up in the next month or three, i'm just going to rip the bandaid off and drop.

I owe some stuff to someone who's been getting the short end of the stick from my lack of enthusiasm that's caused by other things. It's not their fault. I think it could possibly be you, and I'm going to try to get on it tonight.

If it's not you, I really hope things pick up for you. It's also a bad time of year, so giving it a few months is a good idea.

if it's me, this is good to hear. if it's not, then i'm glad whoever it is is going to be getting some pick up soon. i hope it changes for me too, but i'd rather not just ragequit over a bad month and just stick it out to see if things can change for the better.
