the amount of shitting dwrp as a whole is doing on chateau carmin is straight up ridiculous

i mean, it's a barely functional premise with a dumb and kind of offensive take on D/s dynamics and sexuality, and the wanking is pretty funny, but why is this one so much more offensive than any other dumb sex game? is it the exposure?

i think the problem that people seem to be having is that it's presenting itself as more "serious" and "accurate" to real-life bdsm practices when it's clearly not. if they just called it something other than D/s i don't think anyone would give a damn.

didn't one of the mods actually deflect complains with "well i have rl experience with bdsm so there"

i mean, you'd think somebody with ~rl bdsm experience~ would at least have some kind of clue what they're talking about

iirc the sex games currently open had to deal with their share of wank when they first opened

i'm annoyed by the false advertising but i think a lot of the wank is the usual "weh this game does not cater to me 100%" shit that goes on whenever a new one opens these days

i think it wouldn't have blown up as much as it did if the mods and defenders didn't piss off every single complaint

inaccurate d/s stuff, whatever, but there are some actual setting issues that have been brought up and blown off because nobody wanted to admit anything could possibly be wrong with their baby

my problem is 100% with the shittyassfuck mods.

brandy's been grudgewanking on me for years for literally no reason, considering i've spoken to her a total of maybe three times in my entire life and only ever in a benign "hey i realized our characters will have to interact for this event" kind of way. i haven't been contributing to the wank around her game, but it's been pretty satisfying sitting back and watching this happen. karma.

me, too. i wonder how many people she'll shit on before people will wise up?
