Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Flat | Top-Level Comments Only

When picking a sector, you don't have to pick the one that you think they would like best. If you want to make your character miserable and put them somewhere they wouldn't choose for themselves, or if there are specific reasons you want one sector over another, that is entirely okay. What they want out of that section is your preference and why.

So if wealth and crime levels are the deciding factors for you, then just explain that and you're good to go. What they want to know is that you've put thought into it.

Oh excellent! Cause yeah, the description makes it sound like that's how people are sorted and assigned homes by the powers that be. But if it's just there for flavor and we can make any old argument for why we chose a thing, that's perfect. Thanks, anon!

Oh, no, people are definitely not sorted that way. Personality types of the locals/kedan are there to give you a gist for the environment and people your character could interact with in their neighborhood. It isn't meant to determine which characters go where. You can choose a place that would work for them, one that wouldn't, etc.
