rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

The scene shimmers, shifts, changes. It is at once a place you have been before and one that you can only imagine that you have dreamed...

You arrive in a forest that you weren't in moments ago. You explore and find strange buildings you've never seen, only...they seem so familiar. And a whisper in your mind in a voice not your own says something strange...

Welcome, Spirit. We have brought you back from death to our haven, The Krimmenos. We are sorry, but you may not leave--not if you wish to stay alive.

Why were you welcomed back to life? Did you really die? How else would you have gotten here? And yet, searching your memories yields nothing- you were there, and now you're here. Rudely interrupted, even. This has to be a dream...and yet it feels so real...

But is it truly that bad a place? And if these...Orpheads really did bring you back from death, can they truly be so bad? Sure, this isn't home, but it could be worse.

The Krimmenos is a community-based pan-fandom RP based on the Greek myth of Orpheus. Characters arrive as newly-revived spirits immediately following their death in their own world, though they don't remember it. These spirits are caught in the middle of a battle between their hosts--the Orpheads--and Death Himself.

Players will participate in various plots ranging from humor to horror and there will be opportunities for player-suggested events and plots with active NPCs running things behind the scenes and interacting with players.
