I don't get why people are upset over it tbh. I'm glad it exists because it gives people an outlet to play ships that would otherwise be OOC and (hopefully) they'll stop trying to play said ships in regular games while giving everyone else secondhand embarrassment.

I think it's almost funny how all the last two games I joined/plan to join are getting the exact same nonsensical hate for the exact same, stupid reason.(except gender flipped)

PB help

What are you guys doing for PBs? Especially if your character has to be AU'd hard to fit into a real world setting?

I'm thinking of reserving a genderswapped character who isn't human in her canon, and not much genderswapped human fanart exists. Would using a live action PB be frowned upon, considering she's from a 2D canon?

Any suggestions? Or just share what you're doing for your icons/the 'appearance' section of the meme?

no i don't think anyone would frown upon that, anon! i'm using a guy from a pretty obscure manga for my pb. i always prefer to use manga since i can color the eyes and hair to fit the character.

How do people feel about opening applications on the fifth and leaving them open for... a good long while? I'd like to attract a decent sized playerbase during the first month, and I've found that maybe half the people who reserve actually do end up applying at games. Would people find the constant introing of players during the whole of March to be annoying and rather it just be a lump of people from the fifth to the fifteenth, or would this plan be acceptable?

I like the idea of leaving them open but it'd be nice if the game itself can open on a certain date too, so we're not just sitting on applications and waiting.

I think it's okay to leave apps open for a while. I'd like to have a good-sized cast of characters around to interact with in the beginning.

My OC's AU revolves around the class he's going to teach. I want to get my app in as quick as possible, to higher the chance of getting accepted with the class I've chosen as my teacher's subject. If not, I can revise my AU, but it'll take a while, hehe.

I hope my got my app done right. ;; Good luck to the other appers! ...if that's even a word.

Mod, I've GOT to comment on this app. I mean for someone not canon familiar it may LOOK fine enough because grammar-wise it's OK ... but:

- Talking about how N will use violence? N NEVER used violence in the game. The other Team Plasma members may have, but he never did.

- Saying he has ANY of Ghetsis's traits. Including being cunning? N may not be a dummy, but I would never call the guy cunning. He's pretty damn straight forward and honest about his intentions.

There was other stuff too, but I'd have to go through the app again. I'm not sure how familiar you are with the character, but he's a favorite of mine.
