We just did one in December last year so I'm not sure if the mods would want to bring it back again so soon, but you could always think up some new twist for it and suggest it again! It is an enjoyable, popular one.

I would personally like to see one where characters think they're unhappily married and decide to cheat on/have been cheating on their spouses for a while so we could play out that drama, but that's just me.

I don't remember a marriage curse in December... I remember "marriage" being an optional part of December's curse but it wasn't at all a main component?

Ah, right! It was an option, my bad. But even then, the mods might not want to bring back a traditional marriage curse so soon. I could be wrong and I would absolutely love to see another one happen, but I also think it'd be great to see an exciting and new twist on it, too.

a twist could be cool! toying a bit with the one you suggested, i'm envisioning a traditional-style marriage curse but when you sleep with your married partner, your collar loosens no more than if you'd masturbated - but if you're unfaithful, it loosens completely for 24 hours before tightening... But if you sleep with your married partner, it loosens slightly but stays loose? idk if that makes sense?

but like, basically a test of morality vs survival kind of maybe. i'm really bad at phrasing this.

I think I get the jist of it! And it sounds pretty sweet. It'd have to be a somewhat long curse, though, unless they wake up married and with tight(er) collars. Because there'd have to be something that would push them into having sex with someone else.

Above anon is probably dead wrong, but I don't really disagree with them either in their negativity. Sex swap events usually just amount to a bunch of posts of characters going "whoops I'm not gender x/y what a pickle!" with that basically all the effort they put into it. If we do have a sex swap event, or a swap of any kind, it'd have to be more creative than that or risk being a complete dud.

Have them think they've always been that sex, and there's nothing unusual about it. That would force some thinking about how their development and lives might have been different for them in their respective worlds and in some cases result in some interesting differences in personalities and interpersonal relating.

Then when it ends, they remember what that was like. It could also possibly impact how they relate to the opposite sex in the future, more understanding and empathy, that sort of thing.

We had one a couple years ago-ish and from what I remember, it was basically that. I'd love to see one with a creative twist, though, but unfortunately I don't have any ideas on that.

Not to mention I still have my icons from the last one and wouldn't mind an excuse to use them again, lol.

That would mess with people's heads so much. I'd like to see threads about how long it would take them to figure it out, rather than just magically knowing that's the deal.

The initial poster suggested that it doubled the rate of collar tightening, but I dunno, I think losing a day or two per climax would be easier to do/more fun.
