i don't see how ther original anon who posted the dear plurk post was invasive or offensive at all

they didn't name names

they didn't attack anyone

all they did was repeat what anons have been saying all the time here with the basic addition of 'do not dismiss this. this is not just people complaining for the sake of complaining, there are legitimate issues that need to be addressed'

No one was saying that people are awful and terrible and should just quit and go away or anything

i don't understand why that was a huge issue at all.

I was already rolling my eyes when they had a big pity plurk over someone on rpanons saying they're not good at tagging back unless you tag right away.

Shep almost always gets multiple compliments every single time there's a thread about favorites, the fact that a very mild criticism and complaints about the game in general and one post that she wasn't even involved in prompted dramatic reactions like this is just ridiculous.

oh my christ this is such bullshit. Alien is NOT "good at tagging back." this is not a matter of other people needing to "be patient and wait for a tag." she's the one that drops threads when someone doesn't tag back right away. if anything, she's the one getting all fannyflustered when somebody doesn't respond to her tag within ten minutes. all this hugboxing from her buttpat brigade is ridiculous.

and i especially love Predaking's "SILLY BASEMENT DWELLERS DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE HAVE LIVES OUTSIDE OF RP!!!" yeah fuck you, doucherocket, the reason i can't boomerang tag like i apparently have to to get any CR with some people in this game is BECAUSE i have a life outside of RP. sit the fuck down.

On Alien's "backtagging"

I looked at the last ten things Shepard tagged:

8/11 threads ended on someone else's comment. The threads' lengths were: 17/9/11/7/9/6/8/9/4/4. Note that these are the total comments for the thread. The most recent tagged post was on June 5 and the post tagged ten days back was from May 31. While many of the threads that were dropped ended on a statement and not a question, some did end on a question such as Terra's.

So from the intial comment to her last comment:

At least with Shepard, she's not "backtagging." She's just dropping. Actually, what she's doing is having tons of short threads that make it impossible for any of her characters to obtain meaningful CR with anyone else and vice versa.
