I am having a bit of trouble with this too, but I found that when I throw myself out there on the CR meme and just tag around on posts, it gets a bit easier each time. Not every thread clicks, but I'm building CR with a LCW right now who I was sure I would have a terrible time with getting people interested in.

A good idea is maybe take a look at some of the ads that haven't gotten many responses? You can get surprisingly creative and unique CR by branch out that way.
