I've heard they're not following plot at all anymore and the game's gone slice-of-life. Is this true? I was thinking about joining as I love the premise, but if they're not sticking to it, I'll steer clear.

We just had a gruesome mission literally a couple days ago? I don't know where you heard that from.

Have you looked at the comms lately? The most recent event is hardly what one would term slice-of-life.

if you mean plot beyond 'the castle is fucking with people,'... that hasn't existed in a long time, anon. you're late to the party.

No but it's true. Just replace 'castle' with 'Initiative'.

you could do that with any game on dreamwidth, though.

except the Initiative fucking with people leads to hideous violent deaths, and we can theoretically nuke it.

whereas NO TOUCHING THE CASTLE EVER (assuming anon is also a Paradisa-anon) and people get babies.

As a new player who came in just in time for a massive plot--Exs seems to be sticking to its plotty, exciting premise. It's a whole lot of fun and I'm getting a lot of cross canon cr. you should come join us!

It was for about 5-6 months, but during the past month it's been picking back up. So hopefully it will keep going in that direction.
