The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. If you start a game alone, one of the first things that you do should be calling for helper mods.

Never overburden yourself! I don't care if this game is your sparkling brainchild that you can't bare to share with anyone, one person can't run everything by themselves — all the more so if your game starts getting big. Have enough people to help out that no one feels overburdened, and always keep backup people in mind if those people start to flake out on you. If you do everything yourself, you will eventually burn out.
