Unpopular opinion.

I really don't care about Danny and one of the twins hooking up in season 3. To me the timing of it just screams, 'we're doing this because fans wanted gay'.

Another unpopular opinion.

Danny isn't that great. He's had a handful of scenes in two seasons and next to zero impact on the plot, and maybe there's something appealing to everyone else but I've never gotten anything but bland "oh okay it's Danny he's fairly unoffensive" feelings toward the character. I don't like him, I don't hate him: he's literally an extra with the occasional line.

I feel the same way.

I don't understand all the love for him. To me it was like he was never written to have a particular personality, he's just that 'nice gay friend'.

yeah i don't understand it either

i mean i like him like ... in an 'i don't not like him' sort of way, but he is pretty bland!jock so far, aside from being the one canon gay character in the show

i will admit that i'd rather see him on my screen than watch another zany adventure~ that stiles and derek have been thrown together for - i'm capable of shipping lots of uncanon ships but lbr allison and lydia have way more chemistry as far as uncanon relationships go

plus sterek fans are going down the illustrious path of the harmonians and thus i'm slowly growing to dislike both characters because of the way i can't read a gen fanfic about DIFFERENT CHARACTERS on ao3 without a "pre-canon sterek!!" tossed into the summary

also derek referring to stiles as his cub/pup is creepy, sorry

Plus the vocal Sterek fans. I've got a couple of chill fans on my dash who actually don't talk about it. The most i've head about their shipping ways was literally, 'why is this Tyler Hoechlin privacy invasion in the sterek tag'.
