I'm thinking of creating a game based off that idea. I can easily write out everything and come up with things on my own, but I know I have 0 time to run it. If I mock everything up, would someone be willing to take it over before it starts?

I probably can beef out the plot, history, goals, etc as well as graphics and possibly the game itself.

I just really can't run it. :(

If you do this, be careful how expansive you make the world, or work in some reason for characters to meet up/be forced to interact. One problem a lot of open world games have is people deciding to go rushing off in the opposite direction from the rest of the game, then whining that they have no one to play with and expecting the mods to magic up a solution.

i wouldn't mind helping. i have to admit i've never modded before and i couldn't do it alone, but i've always wanted to try
