So with the thread above talking about things getting boring around here, I think it's a good time to be the change we want to see in the world. So anons, let's brainstorm here. What are some plot/post/log/etc ideas you'd like to see come up in Route?

I want another event involving legendary Pokémon or NPC interaction at the very least. The NPCs have barely any presence outside of EV news, and I really enjoyed seeing Falkner post a while back.

I want to see some sense of conflict. Why not have a Rocket try to stage an attack on a player-run business or some kind of major landmark in one of the cities? Cobra is attacking a gym, but I'm thinking something bigger. Even if it doesn't succeed or only lasts for a short amount of time, it would be cool.

Also, the Elite Four. It'd give people something to do with their chars.

Legendaries might be a bit early since we just had the Regis in December, but I like the idea of NPCs being brought out more. Can we maybe get a bit more specific with that? Who would we most like to see, the Leaders, Professors, who?

The Rockets seem to be doing smaller time things right now, like Bowser's recent rampage through Goldenrod or Kimblee challenging people to fight "Seth". Personally, I'd like to see some Rocket shenanigans over in Kanto more than anything else. An attack on Silph Co., perhaps?

I imagine the Elite Four are being held back for something really, really big. Maybe they could be part of trying to get back Falkner's missing elite team? That'd probably involve a huge attack on one of TR's main bases, so it'd be a good excuse. Though I'm still holding out hope for the Rangers to get involved in that.

I want to see more job classes beyond trainer/breeder/rocket. Researcher? Coordinator?

Ranger? I've always wanted to see more classes, honestly.

IIRC Hikaru and Kaoru are working on making coordinaters a thing, even if it might not be an official trainer class.

it is a thing, yes. just got to give them some time to make it down to Saffron and Celadon.
