anyone had some surprisingly fun CR with someone else that you didn't expect to happen? maybe with some of the new feathers, or even older folks you hadn't gotten to tag before?

this describes almost all of the cr i've ever had in this game. i don't know the first things about the canons of most of the characters mine has cr with but it's a ton of fun anyway.

Have to say, the last mission did end up being pretty awesome. It's a damn shame a few people didn't even tag in on their threads with the General, but what we've found out so far has been pretty amazing.

Well, it seems we got a lot of info. I know the folks that tagged the General asked good questions, so I can't really fault people for not tagging him if the questions their character might have were already asked. Easier on Masa that way too, consolidating everything into one or two threads rather than 12.

All the mission threads were really interesting, though. The nightmares and fantasies and the whole thing. I thought it went very well. And I kinda wish I'd gotten picked for it. Always next time I guess.

I do think that next time we have a mission like that with NPC interaction that it might be a good idea in the plotting post for players to suggest questions they want to see answered or topics to address and even people whose characters aren't picked can suggest stuff. That way everyone isn't asking the same stuff and if people have some interesting ideas OOCly, but their character wouldn't think to ask, maybe someone else's character would and the player didn't think of it.

That's a really good idea, actually. It doesn't hurt to ask multiple questions on the same subject, but it ends up being more worthwhile for the game when the characters broaden the topics addressed.

It really does, plus allowing any player to help with brainstorming lets people who weren't picked have some involvement as well.
