rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.
Temporary Change: To reduce the strain on Dreamwidth's servers new entries will go up when a post reaches 3,000. Please refrain from spamming so we can stretch these entries for a little longer. It's been a wild ride. There were many moments for all of us, both good and bad, but we managed to keep the game alive to the very end, and it continues on even now in its musebox sequel. The end event lasted a surreal six weeks (October 21st to December 2nd), and even before then a lot of peoples' endurance and enthusiasm were all but worn out. For those of you that stuck through it, be proud of yourselves and pat yourselves on the back. You deserve it.
Before I continue, a special note here goes to the mods:
BF, AO, Siz, Cappy, & Ena, along with whoever else helped with things.
It can never be stressed enough just how much this game means for people, and we can't thank you enough for it. For many people Mayfield was their first game, and for many more it is the place they truly call home. The amount of dedication and effort you've shown throughout the game's years, even when you were criticized and even when the game went on for longer than you wanted, is incredible. Thank you for doing your best.
Credits are presented in alphabetical order, first for muns and then for journals. No matter how large or small your contribution was, you are represented here for giving the final moments of the game their due. If someone or their character isn't on here, I sincerely apologize. A special mention goes out to those that participated in the endpost, especially those that came back with their old characters. Your contributions helped fill the ending in spectacularly, and provided interaction for many characters that made it to the end. And if you played at any point before and impacted characters, thank you as well. Our experience and our characters wouldn't have been the same without you.
