I am once I find a game...

I am, but I'm waiting a couple more episodes at least, if not until the end of the season. I figure waiting will be okay in my case since the character I'm planning to app is not one of the main 3.

Kinda surprised no one has taken firesneeze yet, to be honest.

Since we're inching closer to the reveal, I'm curious: Who do you guys think Amon really is?

Still sticking to the theory that it's Tenzin's nonbender brother we saw in concept art eons ago. It would explain why he knows how to block chakra/temporarily remove bending/whatever he's actually doing -- his father taught him. Would also explain why he can dodge bending so easily (when he was up against the Wolfbats, he was ~being the leaf~ pretty much) and isn't fazed by it like his minions are (when Korra shot fire up to the airship). And the shock of the reveal might be enough to send Korra into Avatar State and bring Aang's voice forward to talk to him or something like that.

I'm inclined to take Amon's backstory at face value (he seems like the 'honorable' sort of villain who wouldn't lie), so that wouldn't fit if he was Bumi.

Bumi's skin is too dark and he doesn't have yellow eyes like Amon does.

At this point I'd be willing to bet it's either no one we know, or possibly a descendent or relative of someone we do. The little kid from "Zuko Alone" comes to mind, as does a possible child or grandchild of a Freedom Fighter trying to go the straight and narrow after Jet's death. I wouldn't even be entirely surprised if they threw in some kinda secret Jet twist, man, though I do doubt it if only because they confirmed his death. :|

Have Amon and Tarrlock ever been seen in the same vicinity? Part of me wonders if Tarrlock is possibly Amon... probably not though.

No they haven't, but their voices are distinctly different from one another. I guess it could be possible that he uses a voice changer or something?

I think Tarrlok is the son of Yakone. In the flashbacks of the trial, it looks as is Yakone is bloodbending everyone in the room, but when his eyes go wide, it means someone is bloodbending him. That someone is Katara. Also note how Tarrlok and Yakone share similar facial features. This is the theory I believe in, anyway.

No idea yet who Amon could be but they aren't the same person. I believe Amon has yellow eyes, not blue.

the Korra at Achtenberg is pretty bad

the korra at gargleblasted seems pretty good though she's only posted once. dunno' about the mako and bolin, i haven't been paying attention to them.

Definitely loving the LoK/ATLA interactions at GB. The Korra's amazing, Mako too. What I've seen so far of Bolin is pretty good but they haven't tagged back enough yet for me to really see them in action.
