Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for fictional character role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

tbh same. m!byleth's design is a guilty pleasure of mine. bonus that byleth actually does have a personality that the other characters outright outline for you if you pay attention to what they say. only two examples of many: early on petra asks byleth if they prefer the hot or cold and is surprised if the answer is outside their expectations specifically because of the way they're dressed, or jeralt asking byleth how they're acclimating to the school and being surprised if byleth says well because they were an introvert at the camp and jeralt did all the talking for them

the first time i played through fe3h i hated byleth with a passion but when i started noticing these moments where the game legit tells you byleth's preferences and personality i started easing up. silent protagonist, yes, i see the blanks as being cause they were literally born without a heart and sheltered so much all they knew were battle tactics and fighting because jeralt didn't think they needed anything else
