His skin's not very dark, but Benten from Cyber City Oedo 808 might fit.

Fist of the North Star has Rei or Shachi.

A little on the spikier end, but .hack has Balmung, who appears in a few different manga so you can color as you please.

Not a lot of fluffy-haired, dark-skinned, white-haired folks out there. Sorry.

Shinobu Jacobs from No More Heroes?

Male, white/white-passing, black wavy hair, long-ish hair, eyes get described as aqua or teal, no facial hair, in his 20's? I know it's a long shot but I'm hoping someone has an idea.

Looking for a white male actor who could pass for being in his early 30s - strong but kind of slim jawline, high cheekbones, full lips, longish straight nose - no small noses/button or upturned noses please, short hair. Sort of a longer face as opposed to a square or round face shape. On the lean side, but body type is less important than facial features. Thanks!!

Oh! Also! Clean-shaven, and ideally less commonly used/avoiding the sort of boilerplate "attractive male U.S. blockbuster lead" look.

Tobias Menzies in some of his earlier roles? (He's clean shaven in Outlander and could pass for mid 30s there, I'd say.)

Jaw might be a little square for you, but he has the long face and nose look for sure.

Blonde-haired (shoulder length) white woman in her early 20's. Someone with kind but sad vibes. Bonus points for distressed or bloody scenes.

My memory's fuzzy but wasn't there a movie actress for Lisa?

There was but her scenes were fairly brief and I don't think there's an existing icon set of out there.

a girl in her late teens/early twenties with long, dark hair and dark eyes, pale skin, pretty but not overly cutesy, with modern clothes. glasses would be ideal, but i don't expect that. i'd like a character with a range of expressions, but she is mostly smiling/cheerful.

animated/drawn sources are the best but i can work with anything
