I could've written this myself. This was me for a handful of weeks after taking the equivalent of a two-month break. A switch flipped recently, and I feel established again. Keep going, keep being proactive; put yourself in other people's faces, tag into open starters and posts, and ask people to do things. You'll get back on the horse again and feel established once more, but you won't if you expect others to come to you — it's unfortunately not how it works.
The people who won't hold you needing to take time off will be there — connect with them and do things. (Some people will just be difficult to reconnect with, and that's fine; they'll soon see what they're missing out on.)

In the words of Dory: just keep swimming.
