extremely silly, but a character i was looking forward to getting cr with in a game dropped the same month as i apped and i'm kind of bummed about it bc i don't see a lot of people playing this character these days

maybe pm them to see if they'd like to meme?

I know I'm being the whiniest of the whiny but I'm sad that I'm not seeing a lot of castmates on memes when usually there's a ton because it's a popular canon. But the last few pieces of media that have come out for it don't seem to have inspired anyone to either pick up someone new or dust off old favorites. Maybe everyone is just oversaturated with exposure to it, I dunno.

i don't know why i'm even posting this because it's old and i'm not expecting sympathy or anyone to tell me that it's okay because it wasn't, but i've never told anyone about this so maybe i just need to get it off my chest for once

about a decade ago now i was living with a girlfriend. she gave me some criticism on something that was valid and i was angry - at myself, not her, but that obviously doesn't change anything from her perspective - and shortly after i took a shower and i just punched the wall because i was frustrated. she called me on it when i got out, and told me that it, rightly, scared the shit out of her, because i'm amab and had like half a foot on her in height and all. i felt shitty and i broke down and i apologized immediately, but it still sticks with me. i've tried to not do stuff like that since then, i don't even want to go to one of those break stuff rooms because i don't want to reinforce the urge to smash stuff when i'm mad or anything, and i guess that's all that i can do, but it still haunts me and it still sucks and i hope it doesn't haunt her too.

i've never actually interacted with the player before and our stays in the game don't overlap at all, so i feel like it'd be... kind of weird to ping them out of the blue. :c i'll probably just keep an eye out for them/other people playing that character down the line...
