white, ideally slavic woman with dark hair and dark eyes in her 50s or older. i'm running into a wall because all of the 'actresses over 50' etc playby roundups, etc are very samefacey and seem to focus on the least unique, least visibly aged faces everyone knows. i'm looking for someone who doesn't look like an actress and looks like she could be more of a TV character actor if anyone - someone who it feels like you could encounter on the street. full lips and strong brows are a plus. thanks!!

i just binged this show and i am consumed by thoughts about these two! i really do think that so much more could have been done with them... i wish they had more screen time together, more opportunities to team up, more of absolutely everything excluding taigen. we could tackle an alternate ending to ep 4 or ep 5? or ep 8, honestly. i'm open to any and all possibilities!

i'd prefer to play akemi, so long as i can nab some icons... but just drop a journal or sock and i will be here to plot!

I mean, I did have an Alicia but I repurposed her. I could probably play Leo and/or Berkeley easily enough. Dee I slightly balk at because of his OTT moments, but ..

Bikky is awesome though.

It's the over the top I love about Dee, as it makes those serious moments of his so much more fun. Though I generally don't get too carried away playing him because I'm often closer to end manga where he's matured... a little.

Always curious for other takes on this: when you're rping in a game setting and you do a thread with someone for the first time/new cr and they drop it without any explanation, do you still take the initiative to try and plot with and thread with them again or do you just keep it moving with other cr and assuming maybe you/your character just weren't their cup of tea? I know there are so many reasons threads get dropped - from genuinely losing notifs to just simply not vibing with either the character or the direction of that particular thread, but when you are not sure the exact reasons for the thread drop, i was just wondering if you tend to bother reaching out to try again (since you don't know if maybe they just don't like that cr) or let them come to you?

i sort of waffle on this sometimes again since there can be so many reasons for a thread drop and i always try to assume the best of intentions, but then anxiety brain has me not wanting to reach out to ask again so i don't inadvertently bother them or make them uncomfortable if they were silently hoping to just not pursue anything further with our cr.
