as I said above, it's not a no thank you. saying "no" is opting out of CR entirely, which is something reserved for people who I actively wish to avoid. if they want to hit up an open log of mine, that's cool. if I see an open log by them and think that looks fun, I can still tag in.

and if they choose to ignore that tag in because they're sore a "hey" went unacknowledged, that's also cool. I won't read into it.
