You arrive in a place that looks clean and metallic, a floating screen coming towards you. A simplistic expression of happiness appears on the display and it chirps out in a tinny voice: "Welcome to the Cosmic Crossroads!" ---------- Cosmic Crossroads is a panfandom dressing room-style community that gives only a basic premise then leaves it up to the players to create storylines of their own. The Crossroads is a space station hovering near a spacial anomaly that brings beings from other dimensions. The station is manned only by AIs, the only living beings seeming to be others who have been pulled into the same area. Whoever - or whatever - built the station is an answer only the AIs know and they aren't very forthcoming with that answer... Cosmic Crossroads was born of the idea that DWRP needed more places that are easy to integrate into without having an application process. A game where one can voicetest, stretch their imaginations, and even gain samples for use in other games. As much freedom as one could hope for, even in a jamjar kind of setting.
