Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

I do have characters mention CR if it's relevant to the thread, and that's the kicker: if it's relevant to the thread.

If the other characters are talking about defusing a bomb, no one's going to stop mid-wire-snip to be all "oh, you have a boyfriend? dish dish dish."

I get it, OP, seeing people not run with a conversation starter is that little sigh of disappointment, but there are a million reasons not to pursue that even in a small-talk thread. It's not about you or your characters' relationship.

if it's relevant to the thread is so obvious it didn't need to be stated so this is a very weird bad faith take. doubt op expects their character's gf or whatever to gush about her bf while characters are difusing a bomb, anon. the fact the relationship came up in the thread means it was relevant. or it wouldn't have come up.
