"Final Smash character" = there will be one more unknown character added to the video game Super Smash Brothers ultimate.

"Alex YiiK" = there is a truly terrible video game out there called YiiK starring a thoroughly unlikable neckbeard weirdo named Alex. no one likes this game or this character in particular.

"my uncle at Nintendo told me" = there is a longstanding joke about kids telling each other wild rumors on the playground and stating their fictitious uncle told them about it that has become an internet meme.

putting these things together, you have read a joke about an extremely unlikely character being added to the playable roster of a game. i hope this clarifies things.
