not in this cast but asking the mods to respect a legit trigger that was sprung on them out of nowhere in a kink game that never once mentioned body mods in its game info isn't asking for "Super Special Treatment", anon.

these mods have a huge problem with inconsistency and inadequate communication with its playerbase.

didn't they ban a popular player in the game for ignoring another player's stated preferences last year? do personal squicks and triggers in dwrp have to make it onto some sort of "community-approved" list now to be taken seriously in this game? these mods are players in the game, too. shouldn't the mods be following their own rules at the bare minimum?

then PMing to ask if you can be The One Exception is asking for super special treatment, anon. they dropped the game, that was the right decision for everyone.

The new setting never once mentioned implants before they came, so a little annoyance is fair

not even in the game but i 100% agree with this. some people have genuine triggers/squicks with stuff like that so that's the kind of thing you need to be upfront with if it's part of the game's premise. if i suddenly had that sprung on me when i'd never been informed that it was a part of the game when i apped in, i'd drop too because i'm absolutely not comfortable with nonconsensual body modification.

so just drop, don't hound the mods for special treatment and then stir shit on rpa because they were rUdE aNd AbRaSiVe for putting their foot down and saying no

You wouldn't even have to drop, necessarily. This is something that merits discussion, which is what this comm is for. Instead, anon decided to bring up the matter in the most melodramatic way possible, misrepresented the situation, threw the mods under the bus then backpedaled once they realized they weren't getting the reaction they wanted. People probably would have been a lot more sympathetic if not for that.

tbh i'd forgive some rudeness from them under the circumstances

they are really reaching for the stars to make these mods look bad but with a tittybaby playerbase like this
