wish my partner had the same level of time/energy/interest to put into our tags that i do.

to be fair i completely understand that rl takes precedence, and how draining it is, but it still feels a little bad to either get no content at all, or not the kind of content i'm looking for. and yes, we've talked about it.

just one of those things i need to have patience for, i suppose, but i also worry that by the time they do have time again my interest's going to have plummeted. maybe i should get back out there into the public scene instead of relying on just one person.

spreading your eggs out into a few other baskets might be good for both of you! you won't always be waiting for one partner to return your tags, and her tags can come in as happy surprises.

might be good, yeah. this was less of a concern in the past for me, but with enough time passing and my interests on the rise i suppose it's worth trying :)
