i think in a game this big, a lot of people are just very often full up on cr commitments with a circle of friends they already know. that or they're flakey and drop all of their threads anyway. i've had way more luck tagging cr of cr who i already know are good and reliable, rather than tagging strangers. but ofc it's different for everyone. i feel like i gave up on cr memes a while ago and just tag into stuff that's open if i want cr.
