jason todd is played by jessi, who got thrown out of ecats for being a toxic and abusive pos.

okay but . . . what happened? in either case, a search didn't bring anything up on jessi.

with the ecats bit, jessi was roommates with a few for a time then wasnt

dont know the full story, but i know she was in an irl relationship with an ecats long after dropping out of games and visited a few after the roommates happened so "thrown out for toxic behavior" probably isnt accurate

going off of jason's recent post it's probably because of alison continuing to not get the hint despite multiple people telling her to chill out with clarke

is it really a hint anymore at this point?

why not ignore clarke completely? other people have gone that route and it has ic logic, there's no reason to have to drop when you can opt-out of someone and keep the rest of your cr.

it's impossible to ignore her. she threadjacks everything aggressively, controls red wings and the safehouse, and has a stranglehold on doling out resources to players. a player opting out formally would just make alison cockblock any of their attempts to engage in the plot at large just because they don't want to subject themselves to clarke's bullshit

I can have my characters ignore hers because I chose to have them do nothing with a lot of the core plot stuff. If you have characters that are going to be involved, it's not that easy.

when easy to grab CR is in one spot that clarke controls, that feels a little disingenuous to ask?

then the condition is to only get cr in a way that won't draw clarke's attention, which is unrealistic for some characters

is this for sure what went down? it did seem weird she was playing him a lot and then declared she was dropping him for no reason.

this is all just speculation, as far as i know jessi hasn't said anything about the whys. if someone has insight into her reasons by all means confirm or deny.

Probably just people she's spoken to feeling like heroes by airing out her business on an anon comm.

I don't think she's the type to ever give opinions like that in public, so all anons here are doing is publicizing that she might want to re-evaluate her trust circle.

Drops that have happened since sit unprocessed. I think it’s safe to say whatever prompted this was probably because of Alison

wait so there's a head mod here that's so notoriously awful and toxic and godmods plots to favor her own characters/their friends. and is supported by the rest of the mod team. and is now driving away players from the game due to how shitty she is as a player and a mod

I knew Meadowlark players who were telling me a year ago how awful the head mod made them feel, but they would not quit. It was really messing some of them up.

At this point, as an outside party, I choose to believe there's some Snow-level fuckery going on

I've played in the game for a while, and I've never had much to do with the head mod or her characters. As such my experience has been fine, and I've stay because I have friends in the game and fun CR and because I'm enjoying the world/worldbuilding.

I don't say this to say that there's nothing wrong in the game or with the head mod, but to show that this shit is directed to specific areas and people and if you aren't there then it's an otherwise fun game.
