is that a very hard requisite, so to speak? i can't think of a single game that will accept that canon point right now, unless you're looking for recs for the future or considering other canon points.

You know that definitely crossed my mind that most games these days have a canon update grace period. It's not a hard requisite but I'd like to be able to play from that canon point sooner rather than later. (So 6 months is not ideal but a month or two would be fine.)

makes sense! the one with the shortest wait period iirc is empatheias, one month if i'm not mistaken. it has quite a bit of exploration to do, and the monthly event is plot related some times, though it may be too sol for your taste? there used to be a rey there too if that's something you wanna discuss with the cast. my first thought for a plot heavy game as you said in your preferences was fellden, but rey is already taken there. lifeaftr is survival/exploration but i'm not there to tell you how true it is to its ad, waiting time is two months.
