[game info]: New arrivals to Imeeji find themselves sorted onto one of twelve themed idol teams that are pit against one another periodically in mini-games that vary in dynamic and seriousness from social bingo and kissing games to deadly battle royales. The ongoing plot has revealed that the idols are in the midst of a cosmic battle between hell and the remnants of heaven. The game is somewhere between slice of life and horror-fantasy. The latter is an integral part of the game, but you do have some control over how much horror or gore your character is forced to interact with.

The game technically starts as memloss for new members, but characters are very easily capable of earning memories back. Also, once you have had one memloss character and become familiar with the game’s mechanics, you are eligible to app a character who has retained most, if not all, of their memories! Regularly occurring events like permanent upgrades to the game's space, mini-game/event-running NPCs, and player-created and IC-ly received player-generated fanmail make unique opportunities to shape the game and interact with characters usually unavailable in other games.

Apps are on a bi-monthly basis with the next cycle opening this coming week (November 3rd or so); we currently have a Test Drive Meme running! Also, for those who are unsure if this sort of game’s style or pace would suit them but wants to give it a try—please also consider participating in our 4th Wall Event running from November 17th to December 7th either separate or in addition to submitting an app! You’ll be able to try the game out for basically three weeks with your character featuring as a special guest star.

Currently our Akatsuki no Yona cast consists of Yona and Kija. (We had a Shin-ah until just recently, but he has temporarily been dropped for November and December. We’re expecting he’ll be back but AU doubles are welcome!) I've skimmed a few of these posts and I havent seen an answer for this so sorry if I missed that and if I am asking a obvious question but:

When playing a character that uses honorfic's constantly in canon, more so than anyone in the show, do you put them in tags as well? This character is very friendly and is quick to use -chan and such with barely knowing a person.

I dont mind typing them out or not using them at all, i was just wondering what people think about honorfics and if they're even really to be bothered with at all?

So I think this mostly applies to events and tdms where there are more regulated prompts, but... Essentially the mods write up a post with several prompts; Prompt A is stated to happen only once per character. Would it be a faux pas for me to write a top-level where my character reacts to Prompt A in two different ways (eg in one version, he answers 'yes,' in the other version he answers 'no,'), assuming that both versions are IC-ly his only experience with Prompt A? Similarly, if I write the top-level, would it then be weird for me to tag into someone else's top-level for Prompt A? What if I make an open top-level (can I, even?) and multiple characters respond to Prompt A - which one is considered game canon, or do you just juggle them all? Sorry for the exhaustive questions lol I hope it makes sense.

tdms vary because not all of them are kept as game canon and you can always pick and choose and discuss with people when/if you get in what you'd like to keep, if anything, if you all agree.

that said, let's say the prompts are as follows for an event post. there's a halloween event. prompt one is a party. prompt two is a haunted house. prompt three is trick or treating. prompt four is something something death. now, the smart thing to do if you want to actively play all four is to put a limit on the last one, since it involves a death. (ie; prompt iv: limited to one reply, locked after). you can have four people tag into trick or treating and do a bunch of different things with them. or two who tag into the party option. maybe someone else posts a top level with a haunted house and you tag into that.

in a game, it's all 'game canon'. all of it. anything you play IN a game is game canon, so it's best to just keep track of what you have going and limit yourself if it's going to affect your char and others, like a death. most game events that have stuff like that often mention about it, but some don't and it's on you to keep track of that.

that said, a lot of events and tdm prompts are so open and ambiguous to invite multiple threads. no, it wouldn't be weird for you to have your A tag into B's top level, whether you top level with the same prompts or not. if you want to play with them and they haven't hit you up, maybe they have a different preference for how to play it and they have it set up that way.

i use mine as a place to put tfln overflows, my character's open posts, i make my own memes for just my friends and i, etc. i have it closed to friend's only.

i find new people on games/memes/rpa/emp etc to bring in.

so someone i don’t know who isn’t a spam bot liked a personal plurk of mine, but we aren’t friends and their timeline is private. they have an anime icon and they’re english speaking so i assume they’re DW adjacent. is it weird to add them as a friend for investigative purposes, thus revealing that we weren’t mutual friends if we actually knew each other at one point? or worse, if they don’t know me at all? but then, how did they find my plurk...! i’m so curious and idk what to do
