The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. I really hate that no one ever has anything bad to say about this one girl, and instead they fall all over themselves announcing that she's a total sweetheart. won't namedrop because 99% sure her friends would see it and know who I was and think I was a crazy bitch. but she's not the person everyone thinks she is (I'd know, we were close as fuck) and it drives me nuts that everyone's in the same goo-goo phase I was years ago with her. there's a girl who people gushed about on that appreciation meme as being such a great person, and i just had to grit my teeth and bear it knowing full well that she basically turned my super chill best rp partner and friend into a depressed, suicidal trainwreck for a few months

she didn't do it on purpose, but it was pretty fucking inconsiderate of her not to show any fucking concern, and nobody's ever called her out on it because the other person involved is too fucking nice to say anything bad about her

i can tell you that my friend is one of the most well-adjusted people in rp, and what the other person did was so obviously shitty to those of us who were actually paying attention

don't get me wrong, it's not something that anyone should get depressed and suicidal about, but there was other stuff going on at the time that none of us knew about except for the girl in question and she STILL pulled that shit
