yeah i used to sort of know the makoto player she had a falling out with (i think they may have been her ex too?) through the fandom and from what i understand they got creeped out by her lack of ic/ooc divide and said they didn't want to play with her anymore. she didn't take it well and harassed them because i guess she felt that haru needed "closure" even though said player made it very clear they didn't want anything to do with her and just wanted her to leave them alone.
