Just got out of a game where I was there for long-term, so I'm looking for something that will last me for quite a while. Got two different characters in mind.
-No SOL or sex games. Favorite genres are horror and fantasy, but I'm open to really anything.
-Slower to medium pace.
-For one character, somewhere a character from the past can acclimate fairly quickly in a realistic fashion. After being in this hobby for so long and playing it out so many times, I'm a bit over the 15th century character having to figure out what electricity, running water, and a smartphone are.
-For the other, somewhere a really old guy can still hold his own and contribute to the plot. Or run into alternate versions of himself and/or his kids. I'm thinking of playing old Magneto from the DOFP movie bad timeline and I have a soft spot for ending up with all the fuckery the convoluted stuff that comes from comics and movies.

Hey. So this might seem weird and is absolutely a longshot, but I'm looking for a Dad Nier to play against on Bro Nier specifically — I'd really like to explore them as an AU family since Dad Nier is canonically Bro Nier's father, and I'm a big sucker for familial conflict.

The AUs can either be set in canon and outside of canon, I have no preference. It doesn't have to be AU either; I'm totally up for them meeting in some bizarre set of circumstances and being like, uh, what? I just think it'd be an interesting dynamic and exploration of both characters...or one character, since they are fundamentally the same person. I'd also be very happy to include or write against a Yonah for obvious reasons.

...An even weirder ad, really weird actually but basically, I've been looking into meta about Ending D as of late and the implication some people seem to take away from it is that Nier and Tyrann became pact partners in order to achieve what they did. Yet another massive longshot, but if anyone plays Tyrann I'd love to explore what their dynamic would be like..in the year...of 2018, can you believe it...I'm well aware of what Tyrann is like and what direction that could head in so no need for any warnings, whether or not you'd want to play him in his own body or have them share is up to you.

Oops, posted this on the old post right as this one went up.

A person with wings (don't care if he's an angel or just a mortal species) is captured by someone who clips said wings and keeps him as a pet. Over the next few weeks, months, or years the winged guy befriends an acquaintance of his owner, who eventually 'kidnaps' him and shelters him long enough for his feathers to grow back.

I'm obviously interested in playing out the time the two of them spend together post-kidnapping, but I'm also down for playing out scenes like the first time the winged guy is captured, him having his wings clipped, his owner generally being possessive and creepy about him, and the two 'protagonists' talking and getting to know each other.

I'm open to playing either side of things! I'm also not picky on whether the winged guy tops or bottoms once they have sex, though I think it would be interesting if he was the more dominant of the two. Kinks and other things like that can be discussed in more detail. Either way, I'll likely be playing an OC with drawn icons, though I'm not picky about whatever medium you choose to use.

character types i enjoy the most: aloof but actually kind of dorky and uncool geniuses, tsunderes that are of the grumpy variety rather than violent, witty and flirty playboy/girls, interesting and charismatic villains

I'd prefer anime centered around adults since I want to pick up an adult muse. As for genre, I'm not interested in anything focused on idols or anything super grimdark, but otherwise I have no preference. Some fanservice is okay but I'm not really into over the top jigglefests.

I use to wonder why my Plurks always got ignored and finally came to the conclusion no one on my timeline cares about me on a personal level. We have RP in common and can get excited talking about CR and plotting but at the same time have zero interest in each other's lives.

Since then I've stopped trying to get to know my RP partners by replying to plurks and also stopped plurking about non RP things. Yet I strangely feel like I fit in better now.

Not sure what the point of this was. Just felt like sharing.
